Q. What date did you start in the new role?

A. Aug. 29, 2024.

Q. What is your background experience that led to this position?

A. I worked as a project engineer before teaching AP Physics for over 10 years in Illinois.

Q. What makes you excited about working in your new role at Herkimer CSD?

A. I am excited to work with the students and inspire them to reach their full potential.

Q. When did you first know you wanted become a teacher and what made you feel that way?

A. I first wanted to become a teacher after working as a project engineer in the aerospace industry. I wanted to make an impact by helping students learn and grow, so I became a teacher.

Q. What do you think makes Herkimer CSD special?

A. Herkimer is a welcoming school district. Everyone has been very helpful. That is what makes Herkimer CSD special.
