Using the Portal
To sign in, visit the SchoolTool web home page for Herkimer Central School. Enter the login information (username and password) you received by email. This is the same information you will use to log in to the mobile app, if you choose to download it.
To find a student’s grades, click the blue arrow next to the student’s name to access his or her records. Look for the “Grades” tab to navigate to student grades.
To choose a new password, click the “Account” tab and follow the prompts to change your password.
If you forgot your password, contact the Middle-High School office by calling (315) 866-2230 or by emailing Jami Lyga.
Accessing the SchoolTool Parent Portal
The SchoolTool Parent Portal can be accessed from any web browser, including those on mobile phones and tablets. In addition, SchoolTool offers a mobile app, which can be downloaded at no charge from on iOS or Android devices.
To access your student’s information in the mobile app, visit the SchoolTool home page and log in with your username and password.
