HHS art teacher Heather McCutcheon brought artwork from Herkimer students to the New York State Art Teachers Association conference, held in November in Binghamton.
McCutcheon, who presented a workshop on personal branding and joined a workshop highlighting Youth Art Month, also displayed artwork created by Herkimer students in Grades 8-12 while at the conference.
McCutcheon, who serves as the Region 3 chairperson for NYSATA and and is a state co-chair for Youth Art Month, said the workshops she presented were well-attended.
