    Herkimer fifth graders took a “reward trip” for positive behavior on Thursday, Jan. 30, to the Nexus Center in Utica.   • Herkimer student signs commitment letter to U.S. Marine Corps

    Congratulations to student Jack Kozma for officially signing his letter of commitment to the United States Marine Corps on Friday, Jan. 10. Staff Sgt. Nakatsukasa from the Utica Marine Corps Office was present. Kozma will go to Paris Island for basic training on July 22.

  • 2 Herkimer students reach 1,000 points in basketball

    Congratulations to Herkimer seniors Madison Marusic and Zack Petucci for recently reaching the 1,000-point mark in their high school basketball career! Marusic scored her 1,000th point on Dec. 14 in a home game against Frankfort-Schuyler. Petucci scored his 1,000th point on Dec. 30 vs. UAS at the Nexus Center. Great job by both students! Thank
